Before transferring to Bella Terra Elmhurst, my mother was hospitalized several times at Loyola Medical Center and Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. She is a complex medical patient, and Bella Terra definitely had the clinical capability to care for her. I was very impressed with their team’s focus and dedication. On admission, we were greeted by a nurse and CNA. They both took the time to review her medical history and immediately started caring for her. The next day, we met the rest of the staff, who would be very involved in her care. Everyone showed compassion and understanding of my mother’s condition. Thanks to my mother’s round-the-clock attention, the transition home was well planned and carried out. I would highly recommend Belle Terra Elmhurst!

My mom had an amazing stay at  Bella Terra Elmhurst. The staff greeted us daily with smiles, and the CNAs, especially Nikki and Valaria, were kind to her. Carrie and Suzie were fantastic Nurse Practitioners, and Mel was a superb nurse, along with many others. Ashil, her physical therapist, and Shannon, her occupational therapist treated her with tenderness and compassion. The kitchen staff, housekeepers, and daily activities staff were fantastic! We were blessed to have our mom so well taken care of. There are super people working at Bella Terra Elmhurst!

My girlfriend went to Bella Terra Elmhurst for rehabilitation. When I visited her, I immediately noticed how attentive the staff was to her and the other residents. I would definitely recommend Bella Terra Elmhurst to anyone I know looking for the services offered at this facility. I stayed here for rehabilitation after an operation and recently brought my son here for the same reason. The staff is wonderful, pleasant, and very responsive when needed. I can’t say enough good things about them. We both received excellent care from the physical therapy team. They were great working with my son and giving him the necessary care for his special needs. He said he really liked them and had fun with them! All in all, Bella Terra Elmhurst is a great help when you need it, and an enjoyable experience.
